My name is Viviane Pennisi (now my married name), and I just recently got married on Saturday, August 19th. My husband, Christopher, and I were given this great opportunity by Brides of Beecroft to share our love story with photos of our special day.
We got married at Our Lady Of The Rosary Parish Kellyville and held our reception at the Lauriston House, Dundas, surrounded by our family and friends. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect if not for the wonderful hair and make-up by Glam it Up by Celle, the work by Flowers by Jody, the photography and videography by Harwood Photography to capture our elegant theme and the endless dancing and laughter.
Christopher and I started in a long two years and a half of long-distance relationship from Australia and Canada. In spite of the hardship of separation, being apart for this period, we grew stronger and much closer thanks to modern technology and communication platforms. Our determination to keep our relationship strong and healthy was key no matter the distance and the irritating Skype issues. On his surprise last visit to Canada, my home country, Christopher made my day when he proposed at my front door on a cold December winter night and we returned to Australia engaged.
At Brides of Beecroft – Epping, I found in the Augusta Jones (Macy) a dress that captured the real me. Its elegant slim figure and exquisite lace work are but a few of the great characteristics which had caught my attention from the very first fitting. With this and many other amazing pieces coming together we finally become husband and wife Saturday 19th August 2017 and cherish every one who helped make our special day a memory for a lifetime.
